Return Policy

Price is valid for the same day due to shortage of electronic components.
Customers are required to complete the transfer within 24 hours of submitting the order. If the customer fails to pay within the due time, Watson industrial reserves the right to cancel the order or suspend any further delivery or performance.
A refund
If your package is not received outside the normal shipping time, we guarantee a refund or resend the order. However, the responsibility for delivery failure due to the customer's reasons, such as incorrect delivery address, unable to complete customs clearance, etc., shall be borne by the customer.
Note: If the following problems occur:
Extreme weather, post office delays, customs clearance, local protests, etc. Under such circumstances, we cannot guarantee punctual delivery, but we will do our best to support you.
When the customer requests to return the goods due to "non-genuine/fake/quality problem", the return or replacement of the goods must be accompanied by a valid quality report issued by a third party authorized by our company.
In case of return of goods due to customer's reason, such as parts purchased by mistake, any customs charges and other expenses shall be borne by customer.
Freight must be prepaid; We don't accept cash on delivery.
Inspection, defects and non-delivery
If the product is found to be significantly defective, unsuitable for its intended use, or inconsistent with the type, specification or quantity of the product specified in the order, the customer must confirm that the product has been received and inspected within as reasonable a time as possible. Or if the customer has any other objection to the products, he/she shall notify the customer in writing within 7 days after the delivery of the products, and the invoice shall be attached. If the customer fails to notify, the product shall be deemed to be in accordance with the contract in all aspects and the customer shall be deemed to have fully accepted the product.
If the customer receives a damaged package, the customer shall take a photo of the package before opening it to confirm the damage and notify Warwick Industrial immediately. Steps:
